EMBROIDERY & COLLAGE et al Roshan Reynolds
Join me to pursue some of these activities.
Paper collage is currently in vogue because of the success of the Matisse cut-outs at the Tate Modern.
You can see from the couple of pictures shown here how embroidery can enhance you clothes. I hope to share my enthusiasm for these skills with you next February.
CROCHET with Joan Lamberts
A variety of patterns, round and square, suitable for bags, cushions,
cloths, toys etc. Bring 450mm and 350mm size crochet hooks, a minimum of 3 co-ordinating colours of (Double Knitting and 4ply) wool.
Absolute beginners are welcome.
Class times 9.30 - 11.00 am
KNIT AND NATTER!
We would like to introduce an informal non time tabled group which gets together just to natter or to work on varied craft projects, either your own which you may have brought with you, or to knit for charity; for example a small
Teddy Bear, or Premature Baby Hat (patterns available).
Bring size 10 and 12 knitting needles (not to long); Remember to pack scissors, hooks etc in your main luggage for the hold.
