Continuing interest in this ancient healing art therapy encourages me to run this course again, to show you the first simple techniques used to stimulate areas on the feet within an enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere.


The therapy is based on the principle that all the body’s organs, systems and structures are reflected in the feet. You have the opportunity to begin simply but two weeks are not enough to send you home as an expert, although you may like to go into the subjectmore deeply - that’s exactly how I started.


During the 1st fortnight each sessionwill be 9.30 - 11.00 and during the 2nd fortnight from11.30 - 1.00

YOGA with Carole Pickworth

I qualified as a leader with BWY in 2001 after practising Yoga since 1974. I look forward to sharing my enthusiasm with you.


Yoga is a unique discipline, using body and breath to form postures. Stretching and strengthening the muscles and making the joints more supple a must for any age especially as we get older. It is also good for the brain giving a chance along with the body to rejuvenate and feel refreshed.


Loose clothing, bare feet and a jumper for relaxation please.

I am able to offer a wide range of dancing routines. However, my main

claim to fame is in belly dancing. I have been involved in this work for many year and have been well received wherever I have performed. I am prepared to demonstrate my repertoire with the aid of DVD materials so that the new starters can enjoy practicing some of the dances in confidence and with help from me.


An aspect of my work is involved in appropriate keep fit exercises which encourage both men and women to participate.


Held during the first two weeks only. Morning session times to be arranged.

We can arrange for you to play golf through the hotel’s special arrangements. The Novo Sancti Petri Club has 54 holes to give you plenty of variety and tee off times can be scheduled to fit seamlessly into your holiday.


To join us Handicap Certificates are necessary, and we play 5 or 6 rounds of pre-booked golf, together; for the green fee cost of approximately £35 per round. Soft spikes are required. Don’t forget to book your clubs on to the airline!

You of course have the opportunity to book extra rounds taking advantage of the hotel discount. The hotel also provides free transfers. After taking our clubs on the first day, we can leave them in the ‘locker room’.


There is a local Par 3 course where we can also play during the month.
